For the first time this year, OSHWA is collaborating with Asset Camera for Innovation Week Rome to help cover most of the operating costs for this year’s Summit.However, we still very much need your assistance and financial involvement to sustain other essential initiatives not covered by the event’s budget.The entire Summit will be free to the public — which will create an amazing opportunity to get more people interested and involved with our work. This lack of ticket revenue does mean we need your sponsorship to make two important things happen this year:

Help us fund travel for women who otherwise would not be able to join us for the Summit. Once again we will work with the Ada Initiative to choose participants, and ensure that women are well represented at the Summit.
Donate to allow us to compensate the OHS 2014 personnel for their hard work on this event. Just as we are dedicated to getting more women in the Open Hardware conversation, we also believe in fair pay for our employees — many of whom are women!

	Notes on logo display:
	• Our website sponsorship wall is organized into “bricks” this year. In other words, the site view is divided into rectangular units which are the grid into which logos will be placed, based on sponsorship level. Therefore, a 16 brick logo will be twice as large on the page as a 4 brick logo. One Brick is 70 Pixels X 30 Pixels on the website.
	• The Digi-badge is a graphical badge that all donors have the option to display on their websites. Different donation levels get different badges.
	• The chair will work with your organization to ensure and confirm that your logo is optimally formatted for all types of display.
